Rev. Chester Phelps

The Rev. Chester L. Phelps Sr., 92, of Portville, N.Y., died Saturday (Oct. 20, 2007) at the Pines Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Olean, N.Y. A graveside service was held in Bowler Memorial Cemetery, Little Genesee, N.Y. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
