Free health screenings set

Free screenings, influenza and pneumococcal vaccines will be offered as Charles Cole Memorial Hospital hosts the Diabetes/Cardiac Rehab Health Fair on Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Heart health screening includes total blood cholesterol, random blood sugar, blood pressure and percentage of body fat.

Linda Wittig, who teaches yoga and a class on relaxation techniques, will offer a workshop on stress reduction. The Health Fair is being coordinated by the hospital's Outpatient Diabetes Education Department and the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department.
