The fourth Potter County Habitat for Humanity home is under roof, allowing volunteers to continue work during the winter. Eventually, the home will be occupied by Bryan Welsh (shown) and wife Theresa. They have taken their turns helping Habitat volunteers build the home on Hill Street in Coudersport.
