Red Raider boys heading to Galeton

Cameron County's boys look to square their record at 2-2 Saturday night during a varsity basketball game at Galeton. Junior varsity action starts at 6:00 and the varsity tilt should tip off at about 7:30.

The Red Raiders will be back on their home floor Thursday night against Ridgway (JV at 6; varsity to follow). Then they head to the Sheffield Holiday Tournament Dec. 27-28.

Coach John Barnhart's troops held their own against a tough Punxsutawney team on the Chucks' home floor Wednesday night, dropping an 89-62 decision.

They were coming off their first win of the young season, a 73-32 shellacking of Brockway in the Dec. 6 home opener.
