Cameron County School District honored Nathaniel Palumbo as December's Citizen of the Month. Nathaniel, the son of Josh and Betty Jo Palumbo, is in kindergarten. He was chosen from among six finalists nominated by the kindergarten faculty. Winners are chosen based on cooperation, attitude, manners and citizenship.
