Jones on Catholic U. team

Ryan Jones

Coudersport's Ryan Jones is seeing more playing time in his sophomore season at Catholic University in Washington, D.C.

A 6-6, 210-pound frontcourt player, Jones appeared in the Cardinals' first 10 games before being sidelines by an injury. He is expected to return to action when Catholic (5-5) resumes play after Christmas.

Jones is the team's (5-5). He is Catholic's secondleading rebounder and averages 5.7 points per game.

The son of Gary and Linda Jones, Ryan was Coudersport High School's all-time leading scorer in boys' basketball with 1,813 points.

Catholic is a member of the NCAA Division III Landmark Conference.
