Mountain View bowling results

First-half winners were crowned in several leagues at the Mountain View Bowling Center.

In the Monday Men's Merchant League, Pesces took top honors with a 74- 46 record, well ahead of Cabin Kitchen (64-56). Paul Gabor topped this week's honor roll with a 238-675. Other top scores came from Jim McLeod 226-605, Dale Ludwig 231- 608 and Bob Foster 222-610.

Tuesday Night Women's first-half champ was Just Throw It with a six-game margin over the Misfits. Top scores this week were by C. Schillinger 189-478, T. Ludwig 213- series 521, A. Williams 514, and M. Bajor 194-479.

Citizens Trust and East End Beverage I tied for top honors in the Wednesday Night Men's League. Paul Gabor spilled a stellar 714 set in the first-half finale. Other high scores were by Gene Rebo 222-645, Ben Gearhart 223, Jerry McDivitt 211-615, Kirk Gibbs 226-663, Bob McFall 256-624, Dale Ludwig 235-629.

In the Ladies Merchant League. Mountain View copped first-half honors by a wide margin over East End Beverage. High scores this week were by Ann Wheaton 192-492, J.C. Fragale 205 and Sheila Guisto 526.

Froggers ran away with first-half honors in the Sunday Night Mixed League. Recent high scores were by J. Ford 220, G. Rebo 212, B. Horning 214 and R. Johnson 201.

Good Real Estate (52-32) leads the Men's Bucktail League standings, followed by Austin Vets 50-34, Cabin Kitchen 46-38, Micron 46-38, Lyon Trucking 46-38, Superior Tooling 46-38 and Northwest 42-42. Recent high scores came from Dan Morton 279- 636, Tom Farmer 234-636, Dick Sebring 221, Bruce Bresslin 233, Skip Ford 236, Bob Horning 233.

Buck and Doe Mixed Couples standings are as follows: Roadrunners 38- 18, Cougars 34-22, Wildcats 24-32, Woodchucks 16-40. Recent top scores were by A. Davis 192, C. Speigel 196, J. Ford 194 and T. Hutton 192.
