State Auditor General Jack Wagner took a crack at the Coudersport Area School District this week for a 2003 buyout of School Superintendent Ed Goulding's contract. Among seven school districts cited by Wagner for "confidential or other inadequate superintendent contract buyouts" was Coudersport for its payment in excess of $73,000 to Goulding. More...
