Clara M. Dow, 99, formerly of Austin and Port Allegany, died Saturday (Nov. 8, 2008) at Sena Kean Manor in Smethport. Born on April 26, 1909 in Wharton Township, Potter County, she was the daughter of Alexander and Jane "Jennie" Carter Mahon.
