SPCA plans next meeting

County SPCA has a female collie/springer mix available for adoption. Anyone interested in adopting her should call 486- 2617, 486-0867 or 486-3167 to speak with an SPCA representative.

SPCA will meet Tuesday at 6 pm in the Emporium Borough conference room.
