Registration now open in coyote hunt

Sinnemahoning Sportsmen's Assn. will hold its popular Coyote Hunt Feb. 15-17.

It's open to hunters who take a coyote anywhere in Cameron, Potter, McKean, Elk, Clinton, Clearfield, Tioga and Centre counties.

"Countless business owners in those counties are supporting this contest because they believe we have the best coyote hunting area in the state," said club spokesman Ray Savel.

Coyotes killed over the three days of the hunt should be taken to the clubhouse on Club Road in Sinnemahoning.

Registrations will be accepted at the clubhouse Jan. 12, Jan. 19, Jan. 26, Feb. 2 and Feb. 9, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Mail entrants will be accepted until Feb. 3. The hunt is open to club members only.
