Lester Logue Johnson
JULY 21, 1974 - JANUARY 13, 2008

Lester Logue Johnson, 33, of Emporium, died of natural causes Sunday (Jan. 13, 2008) at his home.

Born on July 21, 1974, he was the son of Elizabeth (Betty) and Richard (Rick) Renwick both of Emporium.

On Sept. 28, 2002, he married Julie Elizabeth Sheaffer of Emporium.

Lester was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and four wheeling. He was also a dedicated Nascar fan.

He is survived by his wife, Julie; mother and father, Rick and Betty Renwick; two brothers, Timothy (Dana) Shaw of Alabama and Larry (Joyel) Rung of Emporium; a sister and brother-in-law, Tina and Dale Ludwig of Emporium; two stepbrothers, Steve (Teasia) of Wyoming and Rob (Darlene) Levin of Arizona; a stepsister, Rhonda Renwick of Harrisburg; stepgrandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Mike SmithBauer of St. Marys; a grandmother, Maxine Johnson of Driftwood; and several nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by grandparents Lester H. and Ellen (Dolly) Shaw of Emporium and a grandfather, Alson Logue Johnson of Driftwood.

A memorial service was held Wednesday (Jan. 16, 2008) at the Rich Valley Weselyan Church.
