Cole wellness centers plan open houses

The Wellness Centers of Charles Cole Memorial Hospital will hold open houses on Tuesday, Jan. 29 and Thursday, Jan. 31.

People who attend the open houses will learn what services the centers offer and also get the opportunity to try the equipment.

"We've found that many people think that using the equipment is just for the young and physically fit," said Theresa Long, the coordinator for the wellness centers. "But, that's just not true. We encourage people of all ages to stop by on either or both of these days and see what we have to offer."

Regular exercise, combined with a healthy diet, is the most effective way to lose weight, battle stress and strengthen the body agains many common life-threaten ing illnesses.

"Come in and experience the fun and relaxed atmo sphere and let us show you how regular exercise can fiinto your lifestyle," she said.

Special membership incen tives will be offered and al those attending are eligible for a drawing for a free three month membership.

Wellness Centers are locat ed in Coudersport, Emporium Port Allegany and Smethport.
