Wilson named All-State
Coudersport High School senior Jessica Wilson has been named to the PIAA All-State Volleyball Team, an honor reserved for the top players across Pennsylvania.
The 40-member team was chosen from among all Class A teams in the state by members of the Pa. Volleyball Coaches Assn. Only one other Falcon, Jacey Duzick from the class of 2004, has earned All-State recognition.
Wilson has been a powerful hitter whose spikes, or "kills" in volleyball parlance, have been a strong weapon for the Falcons. She averaged 18.2 kills per game during her senior year, with a 94.4 service percentage and an average of about 14 digs per game.
Jessica is the daughter of Jesse and Patty Wilson.
