Theresa Long, coordinator for the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital Wellness Center, demonstrates the operation of one of the pieces of fitness equipment to one of the Coudersport residents who stopped by the Center's Open House on Thursday. All of the Hospital's Wellness Centers offered free trials and demonstrations of the facilities two days last week. Wellness Centers are located in Coudersport, Emporium, Port Allegany and Smethport with aerobic and strength training fitness equipment.
