Assault charges dropped

Most of the charges filed against a Coudersport man were dropped last week following a preliminary hearing before District Judge Annette Easton of Coudersport.

Travis Marsh, 20, had been charged by state police at Denton Hill with aggravated assault and related counts for allegedly injuring a three-yearold girl.

The major charges against Marsh were dropped by Potter County District Attorney Dawn Fink due to lack of evidence. Marsh did plead guilty to a single count of harassment and was fined $75.

He was represented by Coudersport attorney Walter Stenhach.
