Instruction on buying and selling items through the internet auction service, eBay, will be presented at three Potter County Education Council locations,

The class is available for $25 and will be held from 6 pm to 9 pm as follows: Coudersport, Feb. 21; March 4, Port Allegany; and Galeton, March 26.
