SAT courses planned at CCSD

Cameron County area students preparing for college entrance exams can get some instruction close to home this spring. Continuing Education Department at Penn State DuBois is partnering with the Cameron County School District to offer the SAT preparation course at Cameron County High School.

The six-session course will show students how to logically break down questions, plus offer an intensive review of both language and math skills. It will also teach students to overcome test anxiety with relaxation and preparation techniques.

Classes will be held at the Cameron County High School in Emporium on each Saturday beginning March 1 through April 12 from 9 am until noon. There will be no class on March 22, due to the Easter holiday.
