Jim and Marylee Lux won the grand prize at a benefit dance for Austin's Vera Valenti, held at the VFW in that town on Saturday. The couple will enjoy a stay at La Belle Auberge and Spa in Wellsboro. Sponsored by the VFW, the dinner dance raised money for the Austin woman, who is recovering from botulism, a very rare and severe form of food poisoning.
