Local wildlife guide Jeff Colwell has been submitting an application for a bobcat permit since the new season began nearly seven years ago, but the luck of the draw just hasn't been on his side- until this year. Jeff, who co-owns Hick's Run Outfitters with his wife Janet, was rewarded for his persistency this year and made the most of it, bagging this 30-pound adult male on Jan. 9.
