START BUSINESS IN 'VIRTUAL INCUBATOR'
'Virtual office' for new businesses available in Coudersport

Individuals or businesses looking into starting an online business or e-commerce business are invited to set up a "virtual office" in Coudersport, thanks to the Potter County Education Council.

"This is an opportunity for a start-up business to begin operations in a professional setting without incurring the up-front expenses," explained Education Council Executive Director Helene Nawrocki.

The virtual incubator can help a business that requires highspeed internet service, computer access, printers, telephone/fax service, a large color plotter, copier and printer, and desktop video-conferencing.

An onsite Potter County Education Council professional helps the start-up company to connect with the Small Business Development Center to assist in building and growing a successful business.

Available computers are loaded with modern software packages. Assistance is available for special printing needs, as well as creating brochures, business cards, greeting cards, full-color manuals and other printed materials.

Through video-conferencing, a start-up can conduct meetings with colleagues, make presentations in another state, meet new business prospects and eliminate travel while holding meetings for people in separate locations.

Additional details on the virtual office are available at 274-4877, 642-2295 or 435- 9490. This project is being made possible by a Pa. Dept. of Community and Economic Development grant.
