ASSAULT CASE HEADED TO COURT
      A not guilty plea has been entered on behalf of Kenneth R. Mack, the Ulysses man charged with raping two mentally disabled women last year at his home. Mack, 60, waived formal arraignment in the Potter County Court of Common Pleas.

EASTER FESTIVAL IN COUDY MARCH 22
      Second annual Potter County Easter Festival will be held on Saturday, March 22, the day before Easter Sunday. Activities will be centered at the courthouse square in Coudersport. The festival is sponsored by the Coudersport Area Chamber of Commerce Merchants Group.
