Fire destroys Cole home

Fire destroyed on home on Troupe Road in Eulalia Township, south of Coudersport, late Thursday night.

Responders from the Coudersport and Roulette fire departments found the home of Norton Cole to be fully involved when they arrived at about 11:15. Within minutes, the roof collapsed. Volunteers from Roulette, Austin, Shinglehouse and Ulysses were summoned to assist with firefighting and water supplies.

There were no injuries.
