Man jailed on sex-related charges

A Potter County man faces jail time on multiple charges for allegedly having sex with a child and possessing child pornography. State police at Denton Hill filed the charges against 22-yearold Christopher Inzana of Genesee last week.

He is accused of having sex with 14-year-old female in the summer of 2006, as well as downloading child pornography on his computer. He also allegedly downloaded child porn onto the computer at the Genesee Fire Department.

Inzana is in Potter County jail on three counts each of disseminating child pornography and possession of child pornography; six counts of criminal use of communication facility; nine counts each of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors, and four counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.

An investigative team traced child pornography to Inzana, who is secretary/ treasurer of the Genesee Fire Department.

He was arraigned before District Judge Barbara Easton. He was jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail in the case involving the 14-yearold girl and $65,000 bail in the pornography case.

The pornography was discovered by an Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which referred the case to the Pa. State Police Troop F Computer Crimes Unit. Police said that there will be additional pornography found, but there will not be an exact amount until the investigation is complete.
