Four young wrestlers off to states

Four young wrestlers from Cameron County are heading to state Junior Olympics finals after their strong showing at the Pa. Area 5 Meet last weekend in Brookville.

Cameron County sent 11 qualifiers to Brookville. Emerging to compete at the state finals this weekend in Erie were: Paul Etchepare (65) and Taylor Saline (105), ages 11-12; Brandon Saline (75), 9-10; and Aaron Burnside (187), 13-14.

Barely failing to qualify were Zach Becker (65 lbs.) and Adam Shaffer (70), age 8 and under.
