Franklin Bridge might not be open to vehicles for six months, but thanks to a new walking bridge, pedestrians will soon be able to use the bridge again. Pedestrians will be able to use the bridge as soon as it is connected to the sidewalk in front of the Five Elms Apartments and the Coudersport Consistory.
