Bolin named James Wood head coach
      Cameron County High School graduate Mike Bolin has been named head football coach at James Wood High School in Winchester, Va. Bolin, 29, former offensive line coach, succeeds veteran coach Walter Barr, who retired. He was chosen from among almost 25 applicants and was endorsed by Coach Barr.

      Eight area high school seniors will play in the ninth annual Alice R. Kozel Foundation District 9 Basketball All-Star games on Saturday at Penn State-DuBois. The girls' game starts at 4 pm, followed by the boys' game at 6. A three-point shooting contest will be held at halftime of each game.
