TWO SENTENCED IN POTTER COUNTY

A McKean County woman was ordered by Potter County Judge John Leete to serve jail time by for charges dating back to 2006.

Denise Windsor, 30, of Smethport, was sentenced to two to 23 1/2 months for criminal use of a communication facility and corruption of minors. She was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and perform 50 hours of community service.

During the spring and summer of 2006, Windsor emailed obscene pictures of herself to a 16-year-old Shinglehouse boy while the two were involved in internet chat room conversations. The boy's mother notified authorities when she became aware of the relationship.

In a separate case, 21-yearold Jeff Myers of Coudersport was sentenced on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and speeding.

Judge Leete ordered Myers to spend three to 23 1/2 months in jail, perform 50 hours of community service and pay a $525 fine.

He was arrested in May 2007 after crashing a vehicle into a utility pole in Coudersport Borough. Police found a substantial amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in Myers' vehicle.
