Dominant Raiders continue course
      What could be one of the most successful seasons in Cameron County High School baseball history continues on course. Veteran coach Dick Harrier's Red Raiders pounded visiting Port Allegany, 12-1, Wednesday afternoon to improve to 6-0.

Raider, Falcon softball teams win
      Coudersport's red-hot softball team ran into a couple of bumps in the road. On Friday, Bradford pitcher Shelly Fuhrman kept the Falcon bats at bay as the Owls scored a 3-0 win. Megan Hau had both of Coudersport's hits. Pitcher Karli Duffee showed strong stuff, but had no offensive support.

Pitch, hit, run Sunday
      Austin Baseball Association will host a free local round of the national Baseball Pitch, Hit and Run competition on Sunday at 2 pm at the Gary Williams Memorial Baseball Fields. Registration will be from noon until 1:30. Competitors are divided into four age divisions: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14.
