'Ladies Night out' this Tuesday

A "Ladies Night Out" is scheduled for Tuesday at the Emporium Firehall. It's sponsored by Elk Regional Health Center and gets underway at 6:30.

Paulette Schreiber, CNP, will present the program, entitled "New, Healthy You," emphasizing steps that can be taken by women to prevent cancer and other diseases through lifestyle adjustments.

Free snacks, massages and gifts will be available.
