Brynn Payton Evens

Jamie and Denise McNeil Evens of Turtlepoint are parents of a daughter, Brynn Payton Evens, born April 19, 2008, at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital.

She weighed seven pounds, 14 ounces and joins a brother, Drew, and sisters Allison and Jade.

Maternal grandparents are Dean and Rebecca Boorum of Port Allegany and Kim and Christeena McNeil of Portville, N.Y. Paternal grandmother is Teresa Evens of East Amherst, N.Y.

Maternal great-grandparents are Mary Causer and Don and Phyllis McNeil, all of Turtlepoint, and Richard and Marlene Weaver of Smethport. Paul Evens of Port Allegany is the paternal great-grandfather.

Mary Anna Lynn Sines

Lee and Amy Stoner Sines of Emporium are parents of a daughter born April 25, 2008, at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital. MaryAnna Lynn Sines weighed seven pounds, one ounce.

Grandparents are Don and Janice Stoner and Dick and Kathy Sines, all of Meyersdale. Maternal great-grandparents are Donald and Mary Stoner and Louanna Harries, all of Johnstown. Paternal great-grandparents are Dorris and Jerry Kennell and Ruth Hutzel, all of Meyersdale.

Brock Taran Charles Marsiglio

Tony and Carly Hackett Marsiglio of Emporium welcomed the birth of a son on April 11, 2008, at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital. Named Brock Taran Charles Marsiglio, the baby weighed five pounds, 15 ounces.

He joins brothers Joshua and Torin and sisters Brelynn, Renee and Rebecca. Grandparents are Cathy and Jeff VanDusen, Creed and Mary Beckhorn, and John and Dawn Marsiglio of Elkland. Great-grandparents are Charles and Joyce Hackett of Westfield.

Aiden Joseph Glover

Shawn and Amber Valenti Glover of Austin are parents of a son born April 11, 2008, at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital. The baby weighed eight pounds, six ounces and has been named Aiden Joseph Glover.

Maternal grandparents are Jim and Missy Valenti of Austin. Paternal grandparents are Alb and Ann Glover of Austin. Paternal great-grandparents are Thomas Glover and Lila Clancy, both of Austin.

Derik Michael Simpson

A son, Derik Michael Simpson, was born on April 9, 2008, to Sherry Lee Jordan and Lawrence James Simpson of Port Allegany. He weighed seven pounds, four ounces and joins brothers Logan and Carter.

Maternal grandparents are Marcia Jordan and Steven Jordan, both of Smethport. Paternal grandparents are Cindy Haney of Pittsburgh and Larry Simpson of Knoxville, Tenn. Maternal great-grandparents are Hazen Jordan and and Eline Jordan and Laverne and Charles Freer, all of Smethport. Paternal greatgrandparents are MaryLou and James Ketterman of Pittsburgh.
