Raup named exeutive vice president

George Raup of Coudersport has been promoted to the position of executive vice president and chief information officer for Citizens and Northern Bank.

The son of Josephine Raup and the late Randall Raup, he is a 1971 graduate of Coudersport Area High School.

His career at Citizens and Northern dates back 28 years, when he joined the staff of Citizens Trust Company in Coudersport, now a division of Citizens and Northern. He most recently served as vice president for operations at Citizens Trust.
