John Patrick Simms

John Patrick Simms, 38, of Clarksville, Ark., formerly of Austin, died Saturday, April 26, 2008, in Logan County.

Survivors include his wife of nine years, Christina Simms; two daughters, Alexis and Tristen, of Clarksville; two sons, Andrew and Dalton, of Clarksville; parents, Thomas and Grace Simms of Austin; and one brother, Andrew Simms, also of Austin.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at 1876 County Road 3451, Clarksville.

Local arrangements are not yet finalized and will be announced later.
