Workshop on food-borne illness

A workshop on the causes of food-borne illnesses and how to prevent them at food preparation events, such as chicken barbecues and hoagie sales, will be held on May 15 from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Port Allegany office of the Potter County Education Council.
