Busy golf schedule ahead

Another busy season of tournaments and other events is on tap at the Coudersport Golf Club, where Gary Francis is serving as president. Josh Ayers is back as course superintendent, while Jim Finns is golf manager and Mike Budnyk returns as clubhouse manager.

There will be men's membermember tournament son May 18 Aug. 31 and Sept. 28. The traditional K of C vs. Masons Tournament is on tap June 25.

Special Olympics Tournament is July 2, followed by the Kightlinger Motors Tournament July 20 and the popular Men's Member-Guest Weekend July 26-27.

Potter County Habitat for Humanity will hold its fund-raising tourney on Aug. 13, followed by the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital Classic on Aug. 20.

Coudersport will host the Girls' Scholastic Invitational on Sept. 4. Coudersport Sports Booster Invitational is Sept. 20.

Final event of the season is the Turkey Invitational on Oct. 19.
