Loans for home energy projects

Pennsylvania residents can make their homes more energyefficient through state-subsidized loans.

Keystone Home Energy Loan Program covers as much as $35,000 for projects such as renewable energy improvements, solar and geothermal, and energy audits.

Smaller projects are covered for up to $10,000 and include heating, cooling, windows and insulation and other improvements.
