Storm football says thanks, fundraiser a success

Cameron County Storm Football Association earned a good profit from its recent chicken barbecue in Emporium to support the nearly 40 players expected to participate in the coming season.

Funds raised will be used for an equipment shed. A Storm spokesmen expressed appreciation to all who supported the fund-raiser, with special thanks to the Moose Lodge for the use of the parking lot and barbecue pit, and to Olivett's Market for the use of that business's ovens.
