CAMERON COUNTY ANNIVERSARY
Susan Hoy from the Cameron County Historical Society discussed plans for the county's sesquicentennial celebration in 2010 during this week's Emporium Rotary meeting. A deck of playing cards depicting pieces of the county history will be produced and sponsors are needed. Additional information is available at 486- 0694. Hoy said she hopes that many organizations take part in the celebration. In other news, 2003 Rotary Scholarship recipient Maggie Ryan Sensinig thanked members for their support. She has graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and returned to the area.
