Kuhl opens law practice

Attorney Robert W. Kuhl has opened a law practice in Coudersport. His office is at 30 East Second Street, above the former Coudersport Insuring office.

Kuhl formerly served as Potter County public defender and as staff counsel for A Way Out, the domestic violence support organization. He also spent five years as law clerk for the Potter County Court of Common Pleas.

A Tioga County native, he now resides in Coudersport.
