Mullens to be part of 'Big 30'

Cameron County High School senior Marcus Mullens has been selected to play in the 35th annual Don Raabe Big 30 Football Charities Classic.

He'll suit up for coach Steve Ackerman as a member of the Pennsylvania All-Stars for the Aug. 2 game at Parkway Field in Bradford.

A 5-11, 190-pound linebacker, Mullens was a steady performer for the Red Raiders. He was selected to the Big 30 ceremonial all-star team, thirdteam all-state team and was a two-time Allegheny Mountain League all-star.

Mullens was also honored as Cameron County's defensive most valuable player,

He plans to attend Penn State University in the fall, majoring in pre-law.
