Dickinson open house set Friday

Dickinson Mental Health Center will celebrate the opening of its new facility at 27 East Fourth Street in Emporium on Friday.

There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 1 pm, sponsored by the Cameron County Chamber of Commerce. An open house will follow.
