Parade to kick off Cameron fair

A parade through downtown Emporium to the fairgrounds will be held on Monday, Aug. 4, to kick off Cameron County Fair.

Cameron County Fair Association invites residents and others to ride lawn and farm tractors, floats or march through the parade.

Already signed up are the Cameron County High School band and band front and Emporium Volunteer Fire Department.

Fair dates re Sunday, Aug. 3, through Saturday, Aug. 9.
