CAMERON COUNTY WILL TIGHTEN BELT

      Cameron County Commissioners are getting a head start in trimming next year's budget in an effort to soften the sting of real estate taxes in 2009. Commissioner Glen Fiebig announced at a meeting earlier this week that increases in utility bills and other expenses have raised some red flags.
