Moshier speaks to Rotary

John Moshier, chief probation officer of Potter County, was guest speaker at this week's Coudersport Rotary Club meeting.

He reviewed trends that have changed during his 32 years, while pointing out that many aspects of the job have remained the same.

The staff has increased and record-keeping demands continue to rise, Moshier pointed out.

Rotary meets every Monday at the Laurelwood Inn at noon. Visitors are welcome and membership information is available.
