A daughter was born June 8, 2008 in Elk Regional Hospital to Andy and Beth Farren.

Named Cloe Paige, the little girl weighed eight pounds and four ounces. She joins a brother, Landon, age 21 months.

Maternal grandmother is Lisa Barnhart and paternal grandparents are Tom Farren and Leeann Keener, all of Emporium.

Beckett R. Bure

A son was born May 24, 2008, in Charles Cole Memorial Hospital to Justin and Nikki Strahl Bure of Emporium.

Named Beckett Ryan, the little boy weighed eight pounds, four ounces. He joins a brother, Brennan, age four.

Maternal grandparents are Greg Strahl of Emporium and Jan and Dale Fox of John's Island, S.C. Paternal grandparents are Ron and Carla Bure of Emporium. Maternal great-grandparents are Evelyn and Robert Strahl of Emporium.

Breanna Lynne Shepard

A daughter, Breanna Lynn Shepard, was born on May 28, 2008, at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital to Ratchel Ann Holsopple and Branden N. Shepard, Coudersport. The little girl weighed nine pounds, five ounces.

Paternal grandmother is Jackie Shepard of Austin. Maternal grandparents are Joseph Holsopple of Austin and Michele Barber of Cuba, N.Y. Maternal great-grandparents are Dorothy and Charles Holsopple of Austin. Paternal great-grandparents are Anita and Gene Owens of Austin.
