Clingan pitches no-hitter

Strong pitching usually brings success in youth softball.

On Friday, Alyssa Clingan was about as strong as a pitcher could be, hurling a no-hitter to lead Cameron County Diamond Supply to a 12-0 win over Port Allegany in Potter-McKean Senior Little League action.

Sami Andrus had two hits to complement walks and errors that helped the winners roll. An eight-run second inning sent Cameron County on its way.
