Named to Game Commission

Adams County resident Ronald Weaner, a dairy farmer and vocational agriculture teacher, has been tapped to serve on the Pa. Board of Game Commissioners.

His duties include keeping informed about wildlife conservation and restoration, as well as establishing policy for the agency. He represents 11 counties on the board.

Weaner, a lifelong hunter, was appointed by Gov. Ed Rendell to an eight-year term and was confirmed by the State Senate.
