Vets give scholarships

Two Cameron County residents were recently awarded scholarships from the Vietnam Veterans of Elk and Cameron County (Bucktail Chapter).

Recent high school graduate Vicky Lippert and sophomore college student Jamie Kempher were presented with cash awards.
