'Music and Stars' Friday at Cherry Springs

Cherry Springs State Park will hold its next evening of "Music and Stars" on Friday, starting with an 8:30 pm performance by members of the Philadelphia Folksong Society. Music will be followed at 10 with "Harmony in the Sky," led by astronomer Stash Nawrocki.

He'll direct a tour of the night sky through telescopes.

Tickets are $10 for an individual, $15 per couple and $17 for a family (a family is considered parents and children, with children under 12 admitted free) and can be purchased at the Lyman Run State Park office (814) 435-5010, Potter County Education Office in Coudersport (814) 274-4877, or at the gate.
