New Century Club volunteers (from left) Pam Karhan, Donna Lehman and Dolores Gartside dished out hundreds of shortcakes and sundaes during Saturday's annual Strawberry Festival at the courthouse square in Coudersport. Many people who were in the area for the Independence Day weekend stopped off at the festival and the adjacent farmers' market. Proceeds will be used by the New Century Club for community service activities.
